Matthew Barrantes

Matthew Barrantes is majoring in Multimedia with an emphasis is Visual Effects, Motion Graphics, and Animation. He is passionate about video editing, adding visual effects to his gaming channel content, and freelance music video editing. His current favorite software is After Effects but recently, he discovered his latest passion of 3D animation. He plans to continue his growth in Blender and move on to experiment with other 3D software for his career such as Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, and Unity. After college, he hopes to look for a job that utilizes the latest technology and softwares like Unreal or Unity. His current favorite software is After Effects His interest in learning After Effects came after he gained enough experience in Premiere Pro and wanted to discover a way to make his videos stand out more and be more engaging or eye-catching. When he is not learning new software or working on freelance videos, he spends much of his time gaming with friends and creating content. When he wraps up his gaming session, he proceeds to edit the content he made and posts it on social media. Matthew looks forward towards his class in Pre-Visualization and Virtual Production which he hopes to look for a job in as the growing industry utilizes the latest technology and softwares like Unreal or Unity.
